THE SEASON BEFORE I WAS FOUND - Mrs. Gail Clarke

I was doing my devotion one-day last week and I was having one of those struggley days in this season of singleness and I was in need of some encouragement. I needed God to remind me that He didn't forget about me. God said I NEED you to go through this season, it is critical to where I am taking you, this is the season before you are found. That's when he gave me the title "The Season Before I was Found". God then dropped Gail's name in my spirit to feature on my blog under this title. And although Gail and I were cool, a part of me still wasn't quite sure, I was the one that needed to release this story. Let’s face it being SINGLE on Valentine’s Day has it fair share of emotions. You often dread going out in public or even going on social media, because it’s almost impossible to not be met with a smidge of jealousy. And if you allow it, this man-made Holiday can eventually send you into straight depression. However if you trust God to bring you your mate, you have to remember that His timing is perfect. If you’re waiting on a foundation of purpose then trust the process, because if He connects you with your partner in purpose before you are ready it will be ruined. Everything you are going through now is preparing you for the heart that is meant to love you!  So don’t let the social media frenzy of those in love consume you. Whether you’re struggling to let go of someone from your past, or you’re asking God why He is taking so long to bring someone new into your future, STOP worrying!
